About The Position

BODY20 Roswell is looking for a dynamic Fitness Operations Manager to lead our studio’s daily operations, develop a high-performing coaching team, and drive membership growth. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused business.
  • Strong sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve revenue goals.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and following structured sales processes.
  • Ability to lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Previous experience managing a fitness studio or similar service-based business is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading teams and managing sales performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the studio to ensure an exceptional member experience.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing coaching team.
  • Create a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence.
  • Manage schedules, inventory, and adherence to BODY20 operating standards.
  • Take ownership of the studio’s membership sales goals and revenue growth.
  • Conduct fitness consultations and confidently convert prospects into memberships.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, texts, emails, and appointments.
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing members to maximize retention and referrals.
  • Develop and execute local community outreach, networking, and partnership opportunities.
  • Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Coach and motivate the team to consistently achieve individual and studio sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional EMS personal training sessions.
  • Ensure every member receives personalized attention and measurable results.
  • Build lasting relationships that create loyal members and strong referrals.
  • Resolve member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
