We’re looking for an experienced Group Fitness Coach with a background in strength and conditioning, HIIT, or Functional Fitness Group Classes style programming who can lead engaging, well-structured group workouts that challenge and inspire. The ideal coach knows how to program with intention by balancing intensity, strength work, and recovery across a full week of training while keeping climbers’ needs in mind. You understand how to coach a class as a team, not as individuals training side by side, and can create an environment that’s focused, inclusive, and fun. In addition to leading group classes, there is a growing demand and strong opportunity for 1-on-1 personal training. Coaches who can build lasting client relationships and deliver individualized programming will find significant potential to expand their impact and income within our community.
