About The Position

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is hiring an on-call Fitness Floor Attendant for a client’s corporate fitness center in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Weekly hours depend on demand. The role provides exercise-floor supervision and involves interacting with members and program participants. Additional income opportunities are available from November 23 through December 30, 2026, with 4-, 6-, and 8-hour shift coverage needed Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety & Health Institute are required.
Ability to lift weights up to 40 pounds for restacking.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills, including the ability to motivate others.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.
Must meet hiring requirements, including a pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

Prior fitness and customer service experience strongly preferred.
Computer application knowledge, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Interact with participants and monitor equipment and participant safety.
Welcome members, answer questions, respond to requests at the front desk, and enter data into the membership system.
Maintain the facility, including keeping the facility, equipment, and locker rooms clean and stocked.
Understand and carry out emergency medical procedures throughout the facility.
Demonstrate and instruct members on the proper use of exercise equipment.
