About The Position

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a Fitness Floor Attendant to provide exercise-floor supervision and interact with members and program participants at a corporate client site in Littleton, Colorado. The role involves monitoring participant and equipment safety, supporting front-desk operations, maintaining the facility, and demonstrating proper equipment use. The position is described as a substitute role. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour; the final wage offer depends on location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety & Health Institute required.
Ability to lift weights up to 40 pounds for restacking.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills, including the ability to motivate others.
Ability to organize and prioritize work demands effectively.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.

Nice To Haves

Prior fitness experience strongly preferred.
Prior customer service experience strongly preferred.
Computer application knowledge, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Interact with participants and monitor equipment and participant safety.
Welcome members, answer questions, and respond to requests at the front desk.
Input data into the membership system.
Maintain the facility, including keeping the facility, equipment, and locker rooms clean and stocked.
Understand and execute emergency medical procedures throughout the facility.
Demonstrate and instruct participants on proper use of exercise equipment.
