About The Position

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, provides fitness solutions that engage and connect people on-site and online, building communities of health. The Fitness Floor Attendant will provide exercise floor supervision and interact with members and program participants at a corporate client site in Littleton, Colorado. The role involves promoting participant safety, assisting members, maintaining the facility, and demonstrating proper exercise equipment use.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety & Health Institute required.
Ability to lift weights up to 40 pounds for restacking.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills, including the ability to motivate others.
Ability to organize and prioritize work demands effectively.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.

Nice To Haves

Prior fitness and customer service experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Interact with participants and monitor equipment and participant safety.
Welcome members by greeting them, answering questions, responding to requests at the front desk, and entering data into the membership system.
Perform facility maintenance, ensuring the facility, equipment, and locker rooms are clean and stocked.
Understand and execute emergency medical procedures throughout the facility.
Demonstrate and instruct participants in the proper use of exercise equipment.
