About The Position
The Fitness Floor Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support within the wellness field. This role involves interacting with diverse groups in the community and ensuring a positive experience for members. The position offers flexibility with an Early Wage Access (EWA) program, allowing employees to access a portion of their earned wages on demand.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma preferred
- Minimum of one-year experience in customer service or wellness field preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support in the wellness field.
- Interact with diverse groups in the community.
- Ensure a positive experience for members.
- Complete required trainings including New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens within 90 days of hire.
- Obtain YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification within 60 days of hire.
- Obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
