About The Position
The Fitness Floor Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support within the wellness field. This role involves interacting with diverse community groups and ensuring a positive experience for members. The position offers flexibility with an Early Wage Access program, allowing employees to access earned wages on demand.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Minimum of one-year experience in customer service or wellness field
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma
- YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (completed within 60 days of hire)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support in the wellness field.
- Relate to diverse groups in the community.
- Perform opening duties and work weekend shifts.
