As a Part-Time or Full-Time Fitness Equipment Installer & Technician (PT Tech), you will be responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, moving, assembling, and installing fitness equipment. You will ensure all equipment is safe, clean, and fully functional. This is a hands-on technical role that requires experience, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of repair or fitness equipment service experience (mechanical, electrical, or related field). Must be able to work on your own when starting.
- Reliable transportation (Truck, SUV, or Van preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Professional appearance & strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 150lbs & pass an annual PT test
- Must pass a background check & drug test (CBD/Marijuana prohibited)
- Smoke & vape-free workplace

- Experienced in fitness equipment repair, electrical, mechanical, or a related trade
- Able to work independently & problem-solve with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Repairing, troubleshooting, moving, assembling, and installing fitness equipment.
- Ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and fully functional.
- Managing service calls & equipment diagnostics independently.
- Providing top-tier customer service at commercial and residential sites.
- Tracking & reporting service work and equipment expenses.
