About The Position
EōS Fitness is looking for a fun, energetic, and passionate individual to join their team as a Fitness Counselor. This role involves actively pursuing new members through various programs and promotions, supporting potential members in achieving their fitness goals, and utilizing a lively sales approach. The position is fast-paced and energy-driven, requiring a magnetic personality to ensure new members are motivated to pursue their fitness goals.
Requirements
- Must successfully pass Background Check.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to bend and stop for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks.

- Possess strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.

Responsibilities
- Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
- Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline.
- Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
- Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events.
