About The Position
IMOC Fitness is seeking a Fitness Coach for their locations in Irvine and Huntington Beach, CA. Unlike big-box gyms, IMOC Fitness has been operating for over 20 years and focuses on clients recovering from physical therapy, managing injuries, and regaining their lives through fitness. This role operates within a PT clinic environment, offering unique learning opportunities. The ideal candidate is experienced, attentive to movement quality, and has worked with special populations or in clinical/post-rehab settings.
Requirements
- Current personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of hands-on coaching experience
- Someone who shows up on time, communicates well, and takes ownership.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a clinical setting, post-rehab, or with special populations.
