The Coach delivers scientifically designed Orangetheory Fitness workouts in AFG HoldCo studios and creates a high-energy, motivating, results-driven member experience. The role involves coaching and engaging multiple members in group fitness settings, applying fitness principles across endurance, strength, and power training, and using Orangetheory programming, technology, and coaching tools to support member performance, safety, and results. The Coach represents the Orangetheory Fitness brand, builds member relationships, supports retention and engagement, and partners with the studio team to contribute to sales goals and provide a welcoming, inclusive studio experience. The position reports to the Head Coach and does not manage a team. The role is based primarily in a fitness studio, with work at the front desk and throughout the studio floor. It involves extended standing and walking, frequent interaction with members and guests, and administrative tasks using computers, phones, and standard office equipment. The studio may have moderate to loud noise from music and classes. Occasional offsite community events or activities may be required. No travel is anticipated unless needed for training or other company needs. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule as needed, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of group fitness or personal training experience are required, along with a current Orangetheory-approved fitness certification. A bachelor's degree and prior customer service, sales, hospitality, or related client-facing experience are preferred.
