About The Position

Club Manager for Anytime Fitness North Kingstown, RI next to Warwick Junction. We're looking for an energetic, people-first leader to run the day-to-day of our Anytime Fitness location. As Club Manager, you're the heartbeat of the gym — driving membership and personal training sales, building a club culture members want to be part of, and making sure every person who walks through the door feels like they belong. This isn't a behind-the-desk job. It's a role for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people and takes pride in building something.

• Tech-savvy enough to manage basic reporting, communications, and digital tools

Responsibilities

• Drive membership and personal training sales by following up on leads, conducting tours, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to grow brand presence.
• Execute national AF marketing campaigns and local outreach events.
• Manage daily operations, including pulling reports and ensuring facility cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Foster a positive and welcoming environment for members.
• Provide excellent customer service.
