About The Position

This position is for a Student Worker at the Fitness Center. The role involves providing assistance to students and faculty, managing equipment, handling payments, and performing receptionist duties. The ideal candidate must be a current student at Great Basin College, meet specific enrollment and GPA requirements, and qualify for Work Study or RSP. Computer proficiency, customer service skills, and responsibility are essential. CPR/AED certification is preferred. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and be available for evening and weekend hours.

Requirements

Must be a student of Great Basin College
Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the semester and maintain a 2.0 GPA
Must qualify for Work Study or RSP through Student Financial Services
Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Customer service
Must be responsible and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

CPR/AED certification preferred

Responsibilities
