About The Position

Workout Anytime is growing, and we are hiring four high-energy Brand Ambassadors to help us expand our presence throughout Raleigh, Wake Forest, and the surrounding communities. This is not a desk job. You will not spend your shift making phone calls or learning complicated systems. You will be out in the community meeting people, building relationships, talking about fitness, and introducing them to Workout Anytime. Walk around campus or downtown. Visit local businesses, coffee shops, restaurants, apartment communities, and events. Meet new people, share an opportunity that can improve their lives, and get paid based on the results you create. The more people you talk to, the more money you can make. It is that simple.

Requirements

Naturally outgoing, friendly, and approachable
Passionate about fitness, health, or helping others
Confident starting conversations with people you do not know
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Dependable, professional, and results-driven
Comfortable walking and remaining active during shifts
Reliable transportation throughout the Raleigh and Wake Forest area
Must be at least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

No previous fitness, marketing, or sales experience is required. We can teach you what to say and how the program works. What we cannot teach is energy, confidence, reliability, and an outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

Represent Workout Anytime throughout the local community
Meet and start conversations with new people
Share information about our gyms, memberships, services, and promotions
Build brand awareness on college campuses and in high-traffic community areas
Visit local businesses, events, restaurants, coffee shops, and apartment communities
Generate qualified leads and interest for our gym teams
Track your conversations and results
Represent the brand with confidence, energy, and professionalism
Orchestrate set up and run events in the community
