The Westerfield Club, located in Tuscaloosa, AL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Fitness Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. The Westerfield Club is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven professional for private club fitness center.

Requirements

• Must possess familiarity and understanding of fitness equipment.
• Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job.
• Must be member service oriented and possess a professional manner.
• Computer knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification preferred.
• Interest in fitness preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and assisting with fitness center needs
• Answering phones and member inquiries
• Scheduling training and other appointments
• Performing minor custodial duties such as wiping fitness equipment
• Performing opening and closing duties when needed
• Professionally demonstrate knowledge of facilities and services offered at the club.
• Serve as a control to ensure that all those entering the facility are authorized to do so.
• Provide professional and courteous service to all inquiries, whether they are in person or on the phone.
• Escort any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible.
