Austin Country Club is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Fitness Attendant to join their team. The club offers a fast-paced, collaborative, flexible, and mission-oriented work environment with opportunities for professional development. The Fitness Attendant will play a crucial role in ensuring members have a rewarding fitness experience by greeting them warmly, assisting with inquiries, providing guidance on equipment usage, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the fitness area, monitoring equipment, enforcing club policies, and promoting club amenities and events.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Knowing fitness equipment and exercise techniques is highly desired
- CPR/AED certification is a plus
