About The Position

Join our Nampa team as a Fit-Up Production Technician, where your attention to detail, reliability, and strong work ethic will play a key role in delivering high-quality products and supporting operational success.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in the electrical/controls department and how to safely use them.
• Can identify the hand and power tools used in the department.
• Understands the proper use and risk/hazard factor of each tool used.
• Experience in construction such as framing, roofing etc.
• Experience in the automotive industry such as tinting window, pinstriping etc.
• Available to work 40+ hours a week including weekends as needed.
• Must be able to lift 40lb, bend, kneel, stand for 8 hours or more a day.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train in other departments.
• Ability to use Hand Tools: Square, Tape Measure, Level, Screwdriver
• Ability to use Power Tools: Drill Motor

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing/production a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow directions.
• Can read and follow instruction procedures.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Identifies a measurement on a print (fraction and decimal) and can find the same measurement on a tape measure.
• Other duties as assigned.
