The Aquatic Supply Sales Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting sales, maintaining store standards, and building product knowledge. Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

One year of retail or customer service experience
Knowledge of aquariums, fish, or pond care is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every guest, listening to their needs, and offering friendly, knowledgeable solutions.
Maintain familiarity with current promotions, advertisements, and featured products.
Support merchandising efforts, including display upkeep, product replenishment, and rotation.
Uphold store policies and procedures related to signage, pricing, and loss prevention.
Build and maintain strong product knowledge of aquatic supplies through training and self-learning, demonstrating an eagerness to learn and share accurate information with customers.
Answer phones promptly and professionally.
Assist with training and mentoring team members, contributing to a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Communicate customer feedback, requests, or concerns to management in an accountable and solution-focused manner.
Adhere to assigned work schedules and remain flexible when asked to assist other departments.
Contribute to a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
