Requirements
- Knowledge of raw material and inventory experience.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for product cut to specifications, with proper yields and high quality.
- Must be able to cut all species of fish, fresh and saltwater.
- Works the Salmon Fillet production line, responsible for yields in the decap process.
