About The Position
Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Fiserv DNA core banking platform to support Clients Credit’s transition into regulated banking operations. This role involves architecting and configuring core banking modules, leading conversions, product setup, and regulatory configuration. It also includes designing integrations with other systems, driving data migration, testing, and go-live planning, while ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements. Post go-live, the role provides production support and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years core banking experience
- Strong hands-on Fiserv DNA implementation
- Strong knowledge of core integrations and banking operations
Nice To Haves
- Experience in greenfield bank setup or bank charter conversion preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect and configure Fiserv DNA core banking modules (Deposits, Loans, GL, Payments, Customer Information File).
- Lead core conversion, product setup, and regulatory configuration aligned to banking license requirements.
- Design integrations with digital onboarding (Mantl), fraud/decisioning (Alloy), and downstream systems.
- Drive data migration, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and go-live planning.
- Ensure compliance with FDIC, OCC, BSA/AML, and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide production support and performance optimization post go-live.
