About The Position

The Fise Representative provides technical assistance to final customers to help ensure the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. The role checks and follows up on feedback gathered in the field about product performance and other information valuable to Tenaris.

The representative works with customer representatives at well sites to support safe and efficient preparation, installation, running, and repair of Tenaris Premium Connections. The role also gathers customer and industry feedback, maintains service documentation, and keeps current with Tenaris standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on the correct use of TenarisHydril recommended practices, including well-site preparation, product running, and repair, to prevent potential problems and incidents and support safer, more efficient installation.
• Provide technical support and liaise directly with customer representatives to help ensure products are installed efficiently and perform to their design potential.
• Provide customer representatives at rig sites with a general overview of Tenaris, using relevant internet resources and other information applicable to the operation or region.
• Follow up with customer representatives on their perceptions of Tenaris products and services to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge of Tenaris standards and procedures in accordance with FISE training curricula.
• Complete service reports and related documentation in a timely manner, in hard copy and electronically, including running assistance reports, miscellaneous reports, log time, inspection records, service tickets, and applicable dopeless and visit reports.
• Provide field and industry feedback on perceptions of Tenaris and competitors, including products, services, and technical innovations; maintain files and add information about competitors' products and innovations to the office reference library.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Protect assigned facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse.
