About The Position

The Fiscal Services Tech will be responsible for maintaining records of fiscal transactions, processing routine financial documents, reconciling financial records, reviewing transactions for availability of funding and accuracy, and processing invoices for payment. The selected candidate will thrive in a frequently changing environment and be able to establish relationships and communicate effectively with a wide variety of constituents (clinicians, research faculty, vendors, visitors) both internal and external to the department. A commitment to a high level of customer service is a must, as is the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position within the department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine, which offers a culture of teamwork, work-life balance, and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
