The OCSS Fiscal Operations Analyst position within the Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) supports the agency’s mission to ensure non-custodial parents provide financial support for their children. Their services include locating absent parents, establishing paternity and support, support collections, and the modification and enforcement of child support orders. Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Commissioner for Fiscal Operations, the OCSS Fiscal Operations Analyst plays a central role in evaluating fiscal performance, producing analytical reports, and supporting operational improvements across multiple fiscal units. The role emphasizes identifying discrepancies in casework and account management, assessing their impact on performance metrics and compliance, and helping leadership develop strategies to improve accuracy and effectiveness. The OCSS Fiscal Operations Analyst will collaborate with the Executive Director to monitor the unit’s progress and identify areas requiring review focusing on key performance indicators reports. In addition, will assist with documentation of the details and interdependencies of the ASSETS system, other relevant systems, and their functionalities. Summarize data reports for fiscal management to review in order for management to propose a strategy for addressing the data inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
