Requirements

• One year as a Financial Programs Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• One year of experience in paraprofessional fiscal administration work, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.
• Pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process non-PO and funds commitment invoices for payment through Treasury
• Audit invoices to confirm proper coding and complete documentation while resolving SAP blocking issues
• Process payments from parolees, prepare revenue transmittals, and manage refunds and miscellaneous revenue checks
• Review housing, treatment, and reentry invoices for accuracy, eligibility, documentation, and proper funding
• Communicate with vendors and staff to resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and documentation problems
• Use SAP business practices to complete daily financial tasks and account adjustments
