This role involves analyzing, reviewing, and making professional recommendations for the allocation and distribution of revenues and expenditures for assigned County agencies. The analyst will provide fiscal and operational oversight for County agencies throughout the fiscal year, offer advice on organizational and developmental performance and productivity improvements, and conduct program evaluations. Responsibilities include developing, presenting, and defending findings and recommendations, and managing assigned focus areas necessary for budget development and implementation, such as state revenue coordination. The position also assists with training efforts for customers and stakeholders, including developing training materials.
