About The Position

Join the 2027 FIS University Program! As a full-time employee in the FIS University Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success. This two-year full-time program begins 2027 with a series of AI-Enabled Learning Sprints designed to help you accelerate your impact from day one. Through this immersive experience, you will: Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role. Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech. Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work. Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study including but not limited to human resources management, business, data science, communications, and management information systems
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day People Office programs and processes across areas such as talent acquisition, learning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, or HR operations.
• Assist with employee inquiries, documentation, reporting, and policy administration while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, prepare reports, and support business decision-making.
• Partner with HR teams, managers, and colleagues to support talent, onboarding, development, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
