About The Position
Manages superintendents, supervisors, and hourly associates in relation to safety, quality, employee relations, yield, and productivity.
Requirements
- 5-7 years demonstrated supervisory/management, must include experience managing multiple departments
- experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- previous manufacturing management experience required if no poultry.
- Demonstrated experience with Financial analysis in an operations setting (Agristats)
- HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) in depth knowledge and experience.
- USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preffered (Ag, Operations Management, Business)
- previous poultry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all milestones, financial targets and success metrics are met.
- Developing process improvements to increase level of service utilizing business and technical resources.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, costs, resources and timing.
- Developing, managing and maintaining ongoing work plan and coordinating schedules and activities.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety
