About The Position

This position involves the transfer of live birds from trucks to a conveyor system. The role requires the ability to lift and hang birds, as well as pick feathers. Training will be provided on all equipment and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions: heat, dust, odors.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to twist and turn throughout shift.
• Good attendance record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

• Back-up Poultry transfer worker
• Lifting birds and hanging birds.
• Transferring live birds from truck to conveyor.
