•$200,000 - $400,000

About The Position

Lio is hiring a player-coach to build, coach, and lead a team of 6–8 Account Executives. The First Line Manager owns the team's sales target rather than an individual quota, and works with the team to achieve that target and grow its pipeline and performance. The manager takes ownership of deal progression and forecasting, coaches and trains representatives, and models Lio's inquisitive, consultative, and educative selling approach. As Lio's Go-To-Market team grows significantly over the next year, this person will help shape sales leadership and define effective sales management at the company.

  • Willingness to investigate deals directly and ask thoughtful questions, including of the team.
  • Enjoys learning and adapting to Lio's sales approach rather than relying on a ready-made playbook.
