Volvo Group is seeking a First Line Manager for their Regional Distribution Center in Northlake, TX. This role reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for managing an allocated part of the Distribution Center, including Outbound operations. The position involves managing Team Leaders and their teams, cooperating with colleagues and support organizations, and engaging with other Volvo entities and third parties as needed. The role requires enforcing rules and regulations as set forth in any collective bargaining agreement, local work rules, and company policy. The Service Operations & Technology (SO&T) organization within Volvo Group focuses on developing service operations and technical solutions, enabling uptime, trust, profitability, and sustainable growth for customers globally.
