POSITION OBJECTIVE: Our teachers are responsible for delivering rigorous, standards-aligned instruction in a structured and engaging learning environment that empowers students to reach their full academic potential. This role combines strong instructional practice, effective classroom management, and meaningful collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Arizona teaching certificate, endorsement, or highly qualified in the content area (or ability to obtain)
- IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Working knowledge of instructional technology and data-driven teaching practices

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons that promote critical thinking and active learning
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress
- Integrate technology and varied instructional strategies to enhance learning
- Provide timely, actionable feedback to drive achievement
- Establish clear expectations and maintain strong classroom management systems
- Foster a safe, respectful, and academically focused learning environment
- Support students’ academic growth while encouraging personal responsibility and resilience
- Maintain consistent communication with families regarding student progress and needs
- Partner with colleagues, support staff, and administration to ensure student success
- Participate actively in department meetings, campus initiatives, and school events
- Engage with families and community partners to strengthen student outcomes
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Reflect on instructional practice and pursue continuous professional growth
- Contribute positively to campus culture and uphold school policies and expectations
