Responsibilities

Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with the school’s standards and faith-based principles.
Plan engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Incorporate Bible stories, faith-based values, and character education into daily lessons.
Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom conducive to learning and spiritual growth.
Implement effective behavior management strategies rooted in faith-based principles.
Foster a sense of community and belonging among students through collaborative activities and teamwork.
Deliver instruction using a variety of instructional strategies and resources.
Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic and spiritual growth.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Lead daily prayer/devotional time, integrating biblical teachings into classroom discussions.
Model Christ-like behavior and values through actions and interactions with students.
Exemplary behavior and character consistent with Christian values, serving as a positive role model for students both inside and outside the classroom.
Facilitate opportunities for students to explore and deepen their faith.
Establish open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior and classroom activities.
Collaborate with parents/guardians to support student learning and spiritual development.
Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school events.
