Requirements

Active North Carolina Security Guard License (Required)
Weekend availability required
HS Diploma GED or H.S. Equivalent
NC Security License

Nice To Haves

Valid driver's license preferred
Strong observation and communication skills.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
Ability to remain alert, exercise sound judgment, and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Conduct continuous walking patrols to identify fire hazards and unsafe conditions.
Monitor designated areas and immediately report fire hazards, emergencies, or safety concerns.
Maintain accurate fire watch logs and incident reports.
Ensure emergency exits and fire access areas remain clear.
Follow all site post orders, company policies, and emergency procedures.
Maintain a professional and alert presence throughout the shift.
