About The Position
The City of Tacoma Fire Department is hosting multiple Firefighter Informational Sessions this fall. These sessions are designed to provide comprehensive information about the Tacoma Firefighter testing and interview process. All sessions are free of charge, but space is limited. Attendees will learn about the application process, the written exam (scheduled for December 15th and 16th, 2026), the interview process, recruit school, and have an opportunity to ask Human Resources questions and frequently asked questions.
