Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience
Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations
Able to pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the firearms department, including driving profitability through buying, selling, and loaning on firearms.
Complete all 4473 forms and ensure compliance with ATF guidelines.
Maintain the store's FFL status in good standing.
Evaluate the value of firearms presented as collateral.
Manage the store’s firearms and firearm accessories, including merchandising, pricing, inventory controls, and evaluation.
Adhere to firearm compliance, such as appropriate certifications, gun book, 4473, NICS and/or other federal/state agency forms.
Meet or exceed financial targets set for the firearms department.
Establish meaningful and respectful relationships with customers.
Train Team Members on proper handling of and transactions involving firearms.
