About The Position

We're looking for a Firearm Plating Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for hard chrome plating operations supporting our firearm customers - working with specialized equipment, processes, and quality requirements to produce components that meet exacting standards. All shifts available! Hourly rates starting at $20.00 / hour with the opportunity for an hourly pay increase at 90 days.

Responsibilities

Operate all plating equipment, hand trucks, and overhead cranes
Fabricate jigs and fixtures for parts using hand and air power tools
Read micrometers, thickness gages, and profilometers
Inspect, package, and prepare finished parts for shipping
Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
