About The Position
This is a part-time Fire Watch position to assist with the Hot Works Program. The role involves ensuring safety during hot work operations and may also include minor facility and grounds maintenance and housekeeping. The employee must report for scheduled shifts and remain for the entire duration, with a 24-hour notice required for absences. Documentation and attention to detail are crucial for this role.
Requirements
- Must have 6 months of continuous work history with the same work employer within 24 months.
- High School or GED requirement.
- Application/Resume required.
- 3x Times Worked Maximum with Tyson Foods.
- 90 Day Rehire Waiting Period.
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the Hot Works Program.
- Perform fire watch duties.
- Assist with facility and grounds minor maintenance/housekeeping.
