About The Position

AdvantaClean of Norcross and Buford helps property owners recover from fire and smoke damage, water damage, mold, and other property losses. Our services include mitigation, pack-outs, and reconstruction. We believe in responding with urgency, treating people with compassion, and doing what is right for the customer. We’re hiring a Fire Restoration Sales Consultant to meet with property owners after a fire, explain how AdvantaClean can help, and earn their business. We provide qualified fire loss leads through our lead service. Radio monitoring is not required. This is an in-person, field sales role based in the metro Atlanta area. You will travel to customers’ properties and may work from your vehicle or remotely between appointments. Fire losses do not always happen during business hours, so occasional night and weekend availability is required. Success in this role takes empathy, sound judgment, strong sales skills, and resilience. You should be comfortable hearing “no,” following up professionally, and asking for the business without pressuring someone who has just experienced a loss.

Requirements

Experience in outside sales, in-home sales, roofing sales, or another consultative sales role.
The ability to build trust quickly, handle rejection, and follow through.
Strong communication skills and a respectful approach to customers in stressful situations.
Flexibility to respond occasionally at night or on weekends.
A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, firefighting, EMS, or other emergency services is a plus.
Former first responders with strong relationship-building and sales ability are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to qualified fire loss leads and meet property owners at their properties.
Listen to customers, assess their immediate needs, and explain our restoration services and next steps.
Answer questions, address concerns, and ask for the opportunity to help.
Secure work authorizations when customers choose AdvantaClean.
Coordinate a clear handoff to our restoration team.
Document activity, follow up consistently, and work toward signed project and revenue goals.
Build relationships with first responders, insurance professionals, and property managers.
