About The Position

Coffman Engineers' Honolulu office is seeking a Fire Protection Engineer with three to five years of experience. This role will contribute to strengthening the fire protection engineering team and involve close collaboration with other internal disciplines to design a variety of local projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft and seeks an environment that fosters professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in engineering from accredited college or university (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Fire Protection)
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience
• Experience with the current version of AutoCAD and Revit preferred
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Military Security Clearance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• PE in fire protection engineering is preferred
• EIT with ability to obtain PE within one year considered

Responsibilities
