About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fire Protection Administrator /Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position offers tremendous growth potential for someone who is ready to take on expanding responsibilities and grow with a rapidly developing company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee scheduling and coordination of Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, and Suppression systems service, ensuring timely dispatching and clear communication
  • Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Service Titan
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines/companies, keeping all parties aligned and on schedule
  • Prepare and manage invoices with strong attention to detail
  • Occasionally create and submit proposals for clients and internal projects
  • Manage accounts receivable, including tracking, follow-up, and reconciliation
