Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Previous warehouse administrative or clerk experience
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple reports, records, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain operational data forms and documentation as needed
  • Support warehouse incentive programs including Driver Pallet, Lift Operator, and Selector programs
  • Collect employee documentation such as time adjustment forms and termination paperwork, forwarding required copies to Human Resources
  • Maintain and review employee observation records
  • Manage and generate operational reports including: KPA and KPI metrics Damage reports NextView reports Overtime tracking Error and error corrective reports WAWA audit reports
  • Monitor union employee efficiency rates and track corrective actions related to efficiency standards
  • Coordinate and oversee SWAT team assignments
  • Track and document safety violations
  • Maintain and update the non-union internal operations calendar
  • Coordinate employee break and lunch schedules
  • Track and maintain inventory of RF equipment, including damage reporting and assignments
  • Maintain records of employee suspensions, terminations, and locker assignments
  • Serve as a backup administrator for NextView system management
  • Manage RF scanner assignments and tracking
  • Enter and monitor attendance points for both union and non-union employees across day and night shifts
  • Review attendance corrective actions for accuracy
  • Review and edit employee timesheets for union and non-union employees
  • Access and provide employee contact information as required for union-related matters
