About The Position

Coordinates the day-to-day fire prevention operations for the Safety, Security, & Parking department, to include monthly fire extinguisher checks, annual fire extinguisher checks, all maintenance requirements for fire prevention equipment, required fire drills, and interim life safety measure inspections.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory in a comparable security, parking, or customer service operation
Must possess a driver’s license and be insurable by HH standards
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly
Excellent customer service and communication skills needed with the ability to enforce policies in an assertive, yet courteous manner
Must possess some computer skills with ability to use word processing and spreadsheet applications

Nice To Haves

Degree in law, law enforcement, public safety or business related field from an accredited college or university
Experience in fire department/prevention related field or health care setting preferred
