Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in fire investigation and forensic analysis.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
In-depth knowledge of fire dynamics, investigation methodologies, and fire prevention codes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency with fire modeling software and investigation tools.

Nice To Haves

Professional certifications such as CFIF (Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator) or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the fire practice group, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
Oversee and conduct complex fire investigations, analysis, and reporting.
Develop strategies to grow the fire practice and expand client relationships.
Provide technical mentorship and training to fire practice team members.
