About The Position

SERVPRO of Minnetonka / Team Clemente is a growing restoration company looking for a Fire Contents Restoration Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on lead position specializing in fire and smoke contents cleaning, pack-outs, restoration, deodorization, and pack-backs. You will help lead technicians, coordinate daily contents activities, maintain quality standards, and ensure customers' belongings are handled with care throughout the restoration process.

Requirements

• Experience in fire restoration, contents cleaning, professional cleaning, or a related field preferred.
• Leadership or crew-lead experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, at heights, and in other challenging environments.

Nice To Haves

• IICRC or restoration industry experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with fire and smoke contents cleaning and restoration.
• Coordinate and perform pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs.
• Evaluate contents and determine appropriate cleaning methods.
• Train and provide direction to content technicians.
• Complete detailed inventory, photos, and job documentation.
• Perform deodorization and odor-control procedures.
• Monitor quality, organization, and project progress.
• Communicate professionally with customers and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
