About The Position
The City of St Clair Shores, a waterfront community of approximately 60,000 residents, is currently accepting applications for Fire Chief. The City is seeking an innovative, self-motivated professional who will be directly responsible for managing operations for a department of 50, with three fire stations. This position will serve as part of the senior management of the City.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Administration, Public Administration, Fire Science, or equivalent professional area
- State of Michigan Fire Officer III Certification or Equivalent
- Paramedic Certification with experience in Fire Based ALS transport
- Command Level Experience of 5 years or more
