About The Position

Responsible for managing profitability and crew production for alarm system installation and service projects, ensuring successful completion on schedule. Provides guidance and resolves installation and service conflicts to maintain schedules, productivity, and profitability. The role involves managing multiple projects and coordinating field crews, materials, equipment, inspections, and project communications. The position is full-time and located in Sanford, Florida.

Requirements

High school diploma and five or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

NICET II or III Certification.

Responsibilities

Develop and update weekly, three-month, and six-month job schedules, tracking project start and end dates, test dates, and other milestones.
Hire and supervise field crews, coordinate schedules, and manage labor hours and costs.
Coordinate material deliveries and the delivery and pickup of installation equipment; monitor job-related costs.
Conduct site visits and coordinate inspections and test dates.
Represent the company in meetings with general contractors, owners, property managers, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), and regulatory agencies regarding schedules, testing, progress reports, change orders, and other project information.
Manage multiple projects and recommend responses to changing conditions to meet contract schedules.
Attend project kickoff meetings and work closely with the Project Manager and design team on project specifications, billings, and change orders.
Complete and maintain truck tool inventories.
