About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Sales Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 5 to 10 years in the fire alarm industry, with a strong emphasis on both new installations and quoting services for existing systems. This role requires a deep understanding of fire safety systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience of 5 to 10 years in the fire alarm industry.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fire alarm system brands such as EST and Notifier is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide expert consultations to clients on fire alarm systems, including new installations and upgrades.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and new technologies in fire safety systems.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
