Requirements

Experienced Project Manager with similar or transferrable industry knowledge.
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and safety regulations preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using Procore and Salesforce is preferred.
Able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching throughout the workday.
Requires occasional pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead.
Must be able to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Capable of driving company vehicles and transporting equipment or materials when needed.
Ability to remain alert and focused while performing detailed or repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to plan and execute fire alarm, suppression, and security projects.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for efficient project execution.
Partner with the design team to ensure timely provision of applicable drawings.
Ensure all fire alarm and suppression system installations comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Verify that each system is properly installed and commissioned before final acceptance tests with the AHJ and customer.
Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring and controlling costs for financial efficiency.
Plan and forecast project needs, including hours, in advance of on-site work.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports, ensuring correct storage and archiving.
Ensure installation hours are correctly added and charged against managed projects.
Organize and attend project meetings, providing regular updates to all stakeholders.
Facilitate good communication between customers, design, and project teams.
Provide training and guidance to installation teams as needed.
Assist in the development of new business proposals and proposal reviews.
