About The Position
A company specializing in fire protection is seeking to hire a Fire Alarm Designer. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits. The role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, and all levels of designers are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a good driving record as the majority of travel will be local. Local candidates only are being considered, and no relocation assistance is available. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
Requirements
- High school education or GED
- Previous experience doing fire alarm protection design
- Knowledgeable of NFPA and building codes
- MS Office (word, excel, outlook) & general PC skills
- Willing to learn 3D / 3-D MEP software
- Good driving record
- U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit
- Pass a Criminal Background Check
- Pass a 10 Panel Drug Screen
