About The Position

This role will lead the coordination of client onboarding and cross-functional DataFlow initiatives. The Project Manager will bring valuation, business, data, technology, and client-service teams together, turn complex work into practical plans, and keep initiatives moving from initial scoping through launch and handoff. The role will also help establish repeatable processes as DataFlow grows.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on project-management, implementation, or delivery experience coordinating work across multiple teams on technology, analytics, financial-services, valuation, or business-transformation initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating an implementation or onboarding lifecycle from intake through launch and stabilization.
  • Experience managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and readiness across parallel workstreams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise updates for senior leaders.
  • Experience coordinating business subject-matter experts, developers, IT, data teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of software delivery, issue triage, testing, change management, and release readiness.
  • Experience using project-planning, work-management, documentation, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage coordination and follow-through without taking over business, valuation, product, data, or technical decisions.
  • Ability to create a workable structure and keep delivery moving when information is incomplete or priorities are still being resolved.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with financial modeling or valuation workflows is a plus.
  • Project-management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead each onboarding effort from initial intake through launch, stabilization, and handoff, ensuring the business, data, configuration, testing, and user-readiness activities come together at the right time.
  • Build and maintain the onboarding plan, including activities, owners, milestones, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
  • Keep the project team aligned on current priorities, available capacity, open risks and blockers, acceptance criteria, and approved changes.
  • Bring together business, valuation, technology, data, client-service, and other stakeholders; clarify responsibilities and handoffs; and follow up on commitments.
  • Identify who is responsible for each decision, set due dates, and maintain a clear record of decisions and assumptions for the project team.
  • Review proposed changes with the people accountable for the work, explain the effect on timing and priorities, and update the plan after a change is approved.
  • Lead focused working sessions, readiness reviews, and issue-resolution discussions, and provide concise, decision-oriented updates to leadership.
  • Drive risks and issues from identification through assessment, ownership, escalation, resolution, and closure.
  • Coordinate readiness and acceptance activities, document the launch decision and any exceptions, and ensure remaining work is assigned, closed, or formally transferred to the appropriate support or operating team.
  • Use lessons from completed implementations, recurring issues, and stakeholder feedback to improve onboarding playbooks, templates, readiness checklists, and training materials.
